• 倉庫 (蔵) 建於明治初期，本館則建於大正時代，本館正面採用人造石立面、淺米色瓦片和浮雕，散發著大正時代的浪漫氣息；而內部則以純日式風格為主，全部採用天然秋田杉 The storehouse was built in the early Meiji period, and the main building in the Taisho era. The exterior of the main building, with its artificial stone facade, light beige tiles, and relief carvings, evokes the romanticism of the Taisho era, while the interior boasts a purely Japanese style, using natural Akita cedar throughout.
• 一棟歷史悠久的建造物在 2012 年夏天重獲新生，成為名為「平源」的婚禮場地 A building with a long history was reborn in the summer of 2012 as a wedding venue called “Hiragen”.
