- 一座面向奈良街道的町家，後臨了意川 (平野川)，其設計便於柏原船直接卸貨 The Mita family residence is a townhouse facing the Nara Kaido road, with the Ryoi River (Hirano River) at the back and built so that the cargo of the Kashiwara ship could be unloaded directly.
- 這棟宅邸於 1766 年至 1768 年間進行了大改築，此後一直保持原貌，未再進行過重大翻修。當時的許多建造相關文獻也被保存了下來，這些文獻明確記錄了建設時期，並可窺知当時の生活・経済状況的貴重資料 The mansion underwent major renovations from 1766 to 1768, and has remained so to this day without any major renovations since. Many documents relating to the construction at that time have also been preserved, and as they clearly indicate the construction period and are valuable materials that provide insight into the living and economic conditions of the time.
