- 海女小屋是海女捕魚後休息、烤火暖身的小屋，同時也是海女在捕魚前進行準備作業及換裝的地點，海女們會在中央的圍爐裡放入木材生火取暖，於上午及下午的捕魚空檔用餐聊天，度過愉快時光 The Ama Hut is a hut where Ama divers rest after a hard day’s fishing and where they warm themselves around the fire. It is also where they change their clothes and prepare for fishing. Ama warm themselves up by the hearth in the center of the hut. This is also where they enjoy eating and is also where they enjoy eating and chatting in between the morning and afternoon fishing sessions.
- 里海庵的海女小屋體驗將原本的海女小屋完整重現，讓來訪者可在此一邊聆聽現任及退休的海女講述捕魚趣事及大海見聞，一邊享用餐點。午餐、晚餐時段皆開放營業，不妨在聽海女述說珍貴體驗的同時，慢慢品嚐來自伊勢志摩大海的新鮮海味。由於是以炭火燒烤食材，加上小屋氣氛絕佳，讓餐點嚐起來更加美味 At Ama Hut SATOUMIAN, you can dine while listening to the stories of the current and former Ama divers inside what is a replica of an original Ama Hut.The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, and you can enjoy the fresh seafood caught in the waters of Ise-Shima while listening to the stories of the Ama divers.The food is grilled over charcoal, making it even more delicious when combined with the atmosphere of the hut.
什麼是海女 What is an Ama Diver?
- 志摩市與鳥羽市目前現任海女共計有 755 人 (截至 2014 年止)，海女的捕魚範圍涵蓋志摩市與鳥羽市合計 27 區 There are currently 755 Ama divers working in Shima and Toba (as of the end of fiscal year 2014). Shima and Toba contains a total of 27 districts.
- 海女捕魚活動的稱謂依地區而有所不同，捕魚方法包括有「徒人：海女從陸地直接下海游泳捕魚」、「乘合：多名海女共乘 1 艘船，分散到各漁場捕魚」、「舟人：男女一起 (夫妻、親子) 乘船出海分工合作捕魚，如由男性以滑輪吊掛繩索將女性從海中拉起等」以上 3 種 The term “Ama fishing” differs from region to region, but there are three types of fishing methods: “kachido,” in which Ama divers swim from the land to fish; “nori-ai,” in which several Ama divers board a boat and fish at different fishing grounds; and “funado,” in which a man and a woman (husband and wife, parent and child) board a boat, and the man uses a pulley to pull the woman up by the rope.
- 海女身著潛水服配戴潛水鏡，並以鍋鏟形的「鑿刀」採集鮑魚與榮螺等海產 Ama divers wear goggles and wet suits, and use chisel-like tools called nomi to collect abalone and sazae (turbo shells).
- 身上僅穿戴簡單道具下海捕魚的傳統延續至今，海女漁業成為第一項被日本政府認定的重要無形民俗文化財產 (民族技術) The tradition of fishing using just your body and some simple tools has been passed down to the present. This is the first time in Japan that Ama fishing has been designated as an important intangible folk cultural property (folk technique).

- 透過「海女服」試穿體驗活動，可穿著海女實際下海的傳統服裝 You can try on the traditional amagi, which is said to have been worn by ancient Ama divers upon fishing.
