- 花小路是一條活気熱鬧的小巷，可以感受到昔日被稱為「小江戶」的城下町的繁華氛圍，巷內林立著迷人的町屋，散發著江戶的風情，這片區域曾是城下町的一部分，如今已依照現代風格進行再建。春天，櫻花沿著石垣盛開，因此得名「花小路」Hanakoji is a lively alley where you can enjoy the bustling atmosphere of the castle town, once known as “Little Edo.” The alley, lined with charming townhouses, offers a taste of Edo-era charm. The area, once part of the castle town, has been reconstructed in a modern style, and in spring, you can see cherry blossoms along the stone walls, hence the name Hanakoji (Flower Alley).

- 該建築以「以繁華的小江戸文化中心，打造一個讓人們體驗、互動和聯繫甲府の歴史・文化的歴史文化交流施設」為理念，喚起江戸時代劇場的氛圍，建築中大量運用樑柱，營造出一種溫暖的木質建築風格 Based on the concept of “a historical and cultural exchange facility that allows people to experience, interact with, and connect the history and culture of Kofu, centered on the vibrant culture of Koedo,” the building’s design evokes the atmosphere of an Edo-period theater, with beams and pillars emphasized throughout, creating a building that exudes the warmth of wood.
- 傳統劇院 (芝居小屋) 設有一個演芸場和五個免費空間，一個多功能場所，適合舉辦各種活動，包括音楽、芸事、藝術，甚至可以作為創業家開設自己店舖的場地 A traditional theater features a performance hall and five free spaces.
