- 始建於 19 世紀 90 年代，於 1907 年秋季基本完工，住宅分為主屋、獨立會客廳、茶室和洋館，主屋南側是保留蠶繭倉形式的倉庫 Built in the 1890s and largely completed in the autumn of 1907, the residence is divided into a main house, a separate tatami room, a tea room, and a Western-style building. To the south of the main house are rows of storehouses that retain the style of silk cocoon warehouses.
- 和室裝飾西洋装飾芸術「金唐革紙」的壁紙，以及橫樑上的雕刻，因其稀有而極具價值 The Japanese-style rooms, adorned with wallpaper called “Kintōkawashi,” a Western decorative art, and the transom carvings are of high value due to their rarity.
