- 靠近修禅寺，位於桂川沿岸位置，是修善寺溫泉的代表旅館，據說始建於 1872 年，最初是一家清酒釀造廠，名為「新井」養酒館，其主要設施於 20 世紀 30 年代建成，青州楼是一座城郭風建築，擁有弧形山牆 (唐破風) 屋頂和六角塔屋，是「新井旅館」的標誌 Located near Shuzenji Temple along the Katsura River, this is a representative inn of Shuzenji Onsen. It is said to have been founded in 1872 as the Yokikan “Arai” from a sake brewery, and that its main facilities were completed by the 1930s. The Seishuro is a castle-like building with a curved gable roof and a hexagonal tower, and is the symbol of “Arai Ryokan”.
