1. 店舗 Shop – Santos 東金文化財咖啡館 (カフェ) Togane Cultural Heritage Café

一棟兩層木造建物，外牆採用砂漿砌築，位於通往社屋的道路轉角處，推測建於昭和時代初期，雖然下部採用石砌結構，但凹槽柱型和疊澀簷口模仿了石雕工藝，全体呈現出古典建築風格 The “shop” is a two-story wooden building with a mortar finish, located at the corner of the road leading to the company building. It is believed to have been built in the early Showa era. While the lower part is constructed of cut stone, the grooved columns and corbelled eaves mimic stonework, resulting in an overall classical architectural design.
2. 本社社屋 Company Building
最初建於明治時代末頃，是東金税務署的辦公大樓，税務署遷址後，1973 年起便作為多田屋本社社屋使用，平面呈 U 字形佈局，玄関位於中央，2F 的露台式空間和屋頂中央的三角形老虎窗強調了建築的對稱性，營造出端正的設計 The “company building” was originally constructed around the end of the Meiji era as the Togane Tax Office. Following the relocation of the tax office, it has been used as the Tadaya headquarters since 1973. The floor plan is U-shaped, with the entrance in the center. A terrace-like space on the second floor and a triangular dormer window in the center of the roof emphasize symmetry, creating a refined design.
