- 房屋的平面佈局屬於遠江地方の古農家常用的「片屋街」型式，基本上是「三房前廳」佈局的演變，即由泥土地面、廣間和南堂組成 The floor plan is a type known as the “katagachigai” style, which was used in old farmhouses in the Totomi region, and is basically an evolution of the three-ken front hall layout consisting of a dirt floor, a hiroma, and a nando.
