- 這棟建築的結構與當時的普通辦公大樓並無太大區別，但其頂部採用城郭風屋頂的特異設計 (「帝冠様式」) 在當時十分流行 The building’s structure was not much different from that of an ordinary office building at the time, but the unique design with a castle-like roof on top (the “Imperial Crown Style”) was widely constructed in this era.
- 外壁到 2F 窓戶底部鋪設花崗岩，2F 以上到 6F 窗戶底部則鋪設黃褐色磁磚，反映愛知縣以陶磁器聞名的特色，6F 壁面則鋪設白色磁磚，宛如城郭的白牆 The exterior walls are clad in granite up to the bottom of the second-floor windows. Above that, yellowish-brown tiles are used up to the bottom of the sixth-floor windows, which also conveys the idea that Aichi Prefecture is known for its ceramics. White porcelain tiles are used on the walls of the sixth floor, evoking the white walls of a castle.
