- 融入仙台地方建築様式，是北海道内現存最古級の開拓農家，具有極高文化価値的建物，1961 年位於市内萩原町的三戸部家の住宅移築至開拓記念館庭園内 By incorporating the architectural style of the Sendai area, the Mitobe family house is one of the oldest houses of farm settlers remaining in Hokkaido with extremely high cultural value. In 1961, it was relocated from Hagiwara-cho to the garden of the Historical Museum of Date.
