Shokunokura Jōshitsu is a commercial facility that opened in 2005, created by renovating the historic buildings of Hashihira Sake Brewery. The remaining buildings and storehouses within Jōshitsu are the very history of Hashihira Sake Brewery, each with its own story and purpose.
