- 長崎街道曾被稱為糖道，自古以來，長崎就有在節日時提供大量糖的菜餚的習慣，大村壽司採用傳統方法製作，在混合醋和配料中也使用大量糖。Nagasaki Kaido was once called Sugar Road. Since ancient times, it has been customary in Nagasaki to serve dishes with plenty of sugar on celebratory occasions. Omura sushi is also made using traditional methods that use plenty of sugar in the mixed vinegar and ingredients.
