- 日本百名城 Top 100 Japanese Castles
- 国指定重要文化財備中松山城是現存 12 天守之一，也是現存天守中唯一の山城 Bitchu Matsuyama Castle, a nationally designated important cultural property, is one of the “12 existing castle towers” and is the “only mountain castle” where the castle tower still exists. 位於 標高 430 m の臥牛山小松山山頂，與岐阜の岩村城、奈良の高取城是日本三大主要山城 It rises to the summit of Gagyuzan Komatsuyama at an altitude of 430m, and is one of the three major mountain castles in Japan along with Iwamura Castle in Gifu and Takatori Castle in Nara.
- 9 月下旬至 4 月上旬 (尤其是 10 & 11 月)，有機會看到被雲海包圍的「天空の城」 From the end of September to the beginning of April (especially October and November), you can see the fantastic appearance surrounded by the sea of clouds, and it is also described as a “castle in the sky”.

- 「備中松山城展望台」可以遠望雲海圍繞若隱若現的備中松山城，請注意備中松山城展望台和備中松山城所在的臥牛山是不同の山。Please note that the Unkai Observatory is located on a different mountain from Gagyuzan, where Bitchu Matsuyama Castle is located. 雲海展望台可看見漂浮在雲海中的備中松山城及天守。The observatory overlooking Bitchu Matsuyama Castle floating in the sea of clouds (Unkai Observatory) is a point where you can see the castle tower of Bitchu Matsuyama Castle from the side.
- 出現雲海的條件 Conditions for a Sea of Clouds
- 可能清晨天氣要好，清晨與白天溫差大，氣象預報為晴天和最低溫。It is highly possible to look at the weather forecast for days when the weather is good in the early morning and the temperature difference between the morning and daytime is large, and aim for “a day with a sunny forecast” and “a day with a low minimum temperature”. 雲海通常発生9月下旬 – 4月上旬，黎明至上午8點左右，特別在10月下旬 – 12月上旬的清晨，比較可能出現濃霧。The sea of clouds occurs from late September to early April from dawn to around 8:00 am. Especially in the early morning from late October to early December, you can expect a thick morning mist.
