- a. 0 系新幹線 Type Zero Shinkansen “Bullet Train”
- 1964 年東京 – 新大阪間新幹線開通時登場的 0 系新幹線電車 This is the Bullet Train car which traveled from Tokyo – Shin Osaka on October 1st, 1964 for the first ever debut journey of the Bullet Train.
- b. DF501 DF50 形式柴油機関車「1 号機」
- 主要在四国行駛的 DF50 形式柴油機車，兩輛車頭的駕駛座隨時開放，可以體驗駕駛員的感受 You can sit in the driver’s seat of both cars, move the levers, push the switches, and feel what it’s like to be in the real driver’s seat! 展示的 DF50 型柴油機車是珍貴的「1 號車」，此車輛被指定為「準鉄道紀念物」。The No. 1 car on display here is the only functioning DF50 car remaining in Japan. Deemed a railway heritage selection, it is a remarkable and valuable car.

- 四国鉄道文化館南館総長 235 m 迷你 SL 専用軌道整備。四国鉄道文化館活動開催時には迷你 SL やミニトレインの乗車会が楽しめます The South Wing features a 235 m long Mini SL (Steam Locomotive) course. This fun attraction can be enjoyed during special Shikoku Railway Cultural Center events.

十河信二紀念館 Shinji Sogo Memorial Museum

- 1964 年世界首創的新幹線 (東京 – 新大阪路段) 開始通車，而建設此創舉的是當時的国營鉄道總裁十河信二先生。本紀念館主要展示十河先生以滿腔熱情與卓越手腕領導新幹線建設的功績以及他充滿人情味的魅力 An honorary Saijo Citizen, Shinji Sogo served as the second mayor of Saijo City and subsequently as the fourth president of Japan Railways. With his fiery passion and transcendent skill, he realized his dream of a super-express project never before seen in the world, the Tokaido Bullet Train. At the memorial center, we introduce not only the lifelong achievements of the “father of the bullet train” but also his beloved nature as “Old Man Thunder.”
