- 根據喜好在市場內自由選擇食材製作海鮮蓋飯，青森特產扇貝、鮪魚等各類海鮮、傳統熟食、肉類應有盡有。分量十足！美味無比！自選海鮮蓋飯 Stroll around the market and choose your favourite toppings for your donburi! You can choose from a wide range of seafood such as scallops and tuna, which are the pride of Aomori. You can also savour traditionally prepared deli food and meat. Then, add as many toppings as you wish.
- 於詢問處購買餐券 Purchase Nokkedon meal tickets from the information office.
- 與紅色招牌 5 家店家兌換白飯 Exchange the tickets for donburi rice at 5 stands with a red sign.
- 各家食材、切工、烹飪皆有所不同，可任選市場內 30 間左右的店舖，憑餐券兌換喜愛的食材 Walk around the market, and exchange your meal tickets for your favorite toppings at the shops you like. All the 30 shops have different ways of cutting and different cooking styles.
- 品嚐滿載著青森美味的海鮮蓋飯，無法打包外帶。生啤酒 現金 ¥ 500 Enjoy eating your donburi and experience the true flavour of Aomori. Please remember that you cannot takeaway donburi because the toppings are raw. We also sell draft beer which costs ¥ 500 (cash only).
- 餐券使用方法 How to Use your Meal Tickets
- 餐券分為 10 枚券: ¥ 1,500・5 枚券: ¥ 750。購買餐券後，請先使用 1 張餐券兌換”蓋飯 (米飯)”。購買米飯後即可憑餐券兌換您所喜歡的食材，品嚐美味海鮮蓋飯 Two sets of tickets are available: a set of 10 tickets for ¥ 1,500 or a set of 5 tickets for ¥ 750. After you have purchased the tickets, exchange 1 ticket for donburi rice first and then use the rest of your tickets to add your favorite toppings!
