- 這棟木造・町屋造的建物，據說大部分材料都來自江戶時代建物的再利用，甚至連屋簷下突出的橫梁也保留了塩竈町屋建築の特徴 The wooden, townhouse-style building is said to have reused most of its materials from Edo-period buildings, and it even has the distinctive projecting beams under the eaves that are characteristic of Shiogama townhouse architecture.
- 「鹽釜 (志ほがま)」是一種以木製模具製作的點心，其造型仿照天然紀念物「鹽竈桜」，選用大崎「宮古金」產的上質糯米粉和塩竈特有的海藻鹽製成 “Shiogama” is a confectionary that uses a wooden mold to create the shape of the natural monument “Shiogama Cherry Blossom,” and is made with high-quality glutinous rice flour from Osaki’s “Miyakogane” and seaweed salt unique to Shiogama.
