坑道內展示 Underground Mine Exhibition

  • 這個坑道是通過大約 400 年的挖掘，總長度達到了 1,234 km，這個坑道是再現被譽為「日本一の鉱都」的足尾銅礦，日本最大的坑道觀光，從江戶時代手工挖掘的情況到機械化的礦山的情況 The total length of the tunnels mined over approximately 400 years is 1,234 km. This tunnel is the largest underground mine tour in Japan, recreating the Ashio Copper Mine, called “Japan’s No.1 mining city”. The conditions from hand-dug during the Edo period to mechanized mines displayed in a familiar way, interweaving conversations from work at that time.

鋳銭座 Chusenza

  • 寬永通寶 (一文錢) 是一種至江戶時代末期在各地產生的貨幣，其中，在足尾產生的貨幣，所有的背面都刻有「足」字，因此被稱為「足字錢」，該設施以立體模型再現了製造足字錢的過程 The Kanei Tsuho (One Mon Coin) was a currency produced in various places until the end of the Edo period. Among them, the ones made in Ashio had the character “foot” engraved on the back, hence they were called “Ashi Ji Sen”. This facility reproduces the process of making this “Ashi Ji Sen” with a diorama.

觀光小火車 (トロッコ電車) Trolley Train

銅資料館 Copper Resource Museum

  • 礦道內的資料館展示了挖掘出的礦石和復原的當時精煉廠的模型，你可以近距離看到使用過的礦車 In the museum inside the mine, there are displays of excavated ores and models recreating the conditions of the refining factories of the time. You can see the trollies that were used up close.
