- 自明治・大正時代起就使用的木桶，至今已有 100 年以上歷史，承載著醬油釀造的悠久歷史，每個木桶都需單獨攪拌，因此風味各異，釀造者們在照料醬油的同時，也樂於體驗這令人著迷的發酵過程 The wooden barrels, which have been in use for over 100 years since the Meiji and Taisho eras, embody the history of soy sauce brewing. Each barrel is stirred individually, revealing differences, and the brewers enjoy the fascinating process of fermentation as they tend to the products.
