- a. 旧新井家住宅 Former Arai Family Residence
- 1. 主屋 Main House
- 據信建於江戶時代末至明治時代前半，其平面形式為六間，特點是各部屋 (房間) 規模大 It is believed to have been built between the late Edo period and the early Meiji period. The floor plan features a six-room layout, and a notable feature is the large size of each room.
- 2. 客殿 Guest Hall
- 據說建於 1906 年，一樓中央的儀式台，付近採用弧形山牆屋頂 (無簷唐波風) 和雕刻，營造出高貴的氛圍 It is said that the building was constructed in 1906. The area around the ceremonial platform (shikidai) in the center of the first floor features a curved gable roof (mukō karahafu) and carvings, creating an atmosphere of high status.
