- 一棟木造二層桟瓦葺屋頂建築，其北側臨路，南側面向大海，全体呈T字型の形態，南北棟の北側與東西棟の南側直交，採用了大量竹材與裝飾細節，呈現出精緻細膩的「書院造」風格。北正面棟採用了屋脊高低錯落的「八棟造」式樣，外觀厚重又豪放，構成了地域景觀的核心 This is a two-story wooden structure with a sangawara (ribbed tile) roof, situated with its north side facing the road and its south side facing the sea. Its overall layout forms a T-shape, created by the intersection of a north-south oriented wing and an east-west oriented wing; it is a refined example of shoin-zukuri architecture that makes extensive use of bamboo detailing and craftsmanship. With an exterior that presents a dignified and imposing appearance – featuring a north-facing front designed in a style reminiscent of the complex, multi-roofed yatsumune-zukuri * – the building serves as a focal point of the local landscape.
