• 最初建於大正期，是一座別荘，1936 年增築為日式旅館 Originally built in the Taisho era (about 1923) as the villa of a merchant marine magnate, it was enlarged and with gardens added Sansuien began operating as a Japanese inn in 1936.
• 多年來，我們的建築接待了無數賓客，並因其優良的建材、精湛的結構以及高品質的建造工藝而被認定為国の登録有形文化財 The building and gardens that welcome so many guests, are considered to be so excellent in materials and architecture, and the people involved from the craftsmen to the ryokan staff such excellent representatives of this region and Japan that Sansuien has been registered as a national tangible cultural property.
