1. 店舗兼主屋 Shop & Main House
- 店舗「津志 つし 2F」(即設有低矮二層的結構)，且採用「平入」式佈局 (入口設在屋簷一側)，後方接続一棟單層主屋，兩者的屋脊呈直交，懸山頂茅葺屋頂，山牆面上顯露出立柱 (束) 與橫樑 (貫) 的構造，體現当地域町家の特徴。正面的下層簷廊已不復存在，但「津志 2F」特有的「虫籠窓」得以保留。其茅葺の外観，良好營造地域歴史的景観 The shop building is a two-story structure with a tsushi (low upper-story) and an entrance along the eaves; a single-story main building is connected at the rear with its roof ridge running perpendicular to that of the shop. It features a thatched gable roof, with exposed vertical posts (tsuka) and horizontal tie beams (nuki) on the gable end – characteristics typical of machiya (traditional townhouses) in this region. Although the pent-roof eaves originally extending from the front facade have been lost, the mushiko-mado (insect-cage style lattice windows) on the upper story remain. With its thatched exterior, the building contributes significantly to the region’s historic landscape.
