- a. 店舗兼主屋 Shop & Main House
- 奧州街道東面的二層店鋪與西側的單層主屋接続構成；帶有玻璃門開放的外觀，構成了街道景觀的一部分 The combined shop and main residence consists of a two-story shop facing east onto the Oshu Kaido highway, connected to a single-story main residence at the rear; its open appearance, featuring glass doors, contributes to the streetscape of the highway.
- b. 土蔵 Earthen Storehouse (Dozo)
- 外牆採用灰泥飾面，簷下設有環繞的帶狀裝飾「缽捲」，構成了敷地北西の景観 The traditional storehouse, characterized by plastered exterior walls and a distinctive horizontal band (*hachimaki*) running beneath the eaves, defines the landscape in the northwest section of the property.
- c. 座敷蔵 Reception Storehouse (Zashikigura)
- 屬於良質的近代和風建築，其內部座敷 (客室) 區域的壁龕等處選用了黑檀、紫檀等精良木材 The formal storehouse is a fine example of modern Japanese-style architecture, featuring carefully selected high-quality materials – such as ebony and rosewood – in the alcove area.
- 目前，座敷藏與土藏已被活用為現在「藤田紀念博物館」Both the formal storehouse and the traditional storehouse are currently utilized as the Fujita Memorial Museum.
