- 一棟木造、人字形桟瓦葺屋頂，東西走向為兩層店鋪，後方是一層的主屋，店鋪正面的一樓立面西半部設有格子窗，入口則位於東半部的中央，沒有泥土地面的內部通道是旧仙台藩領町家の特徴 It is a wooden, gable-roofed, tiled building with a two-story shop structure running east-west, followed by a single-story main building at the rear. The first-floor facade in front of the shop has a latticework window on the western half, with the entrance located in the center of the eastern half. The absence of an interior earthen floor passageway is characteristic of townhouses from the former Sendai domain.
