- 這棟変形平面の町家，敷地塊寬度自下而上逐漸收窄，屋頂為坡面鉄板葺屋頂，其顯著特徵為正面椽木呈扇形排列，2F 的護牆板和拉門均覆以銅板，1F 正面全部用作店舖 This townhouse has an irregularly shaped floor plan and stands on a plot of land that narrows in width as it deepens. The roof is a gable roof covered with corrugated iron, and a distinctive feature is the fan-shaped arrangement of the rafters on the front. The wainscoting and sliding door pockets on the second floor are covered with copper plates. The entire front of the first floor is used as a shop.
