• 大半建築是約 200 年前文化文政時代の村長和豪農的宅邸，後來移築至此 Around 200 years ago during the Bunka Bunsei Period it was built from buildings that were relocated having served as the mansions of village heads and rich farmers.
• 雖然這棟建物具有重要的歴史価値，長年來飽受豪雪地帯凜冽的寒風和積雪侵襲，因此需要進行改造以符合現代様式 It is an historically important building but it has spent many years standing up to the tough winter conditions of a region notorious for heavy snows, and definitely needed some attention to bring it up to modern standards.
