- 建於 200 多年前，後經修復，屬於村上藩中上級家族，宅邸為單層茅葺曲屋，內部佈局精細，具有典型中級武家住宅の特色。此外，還可以欣賞到被指定為市指定級文化財、四季景色各異的庭園 The Wakabayashi Residence, built over 200 years ago and later restored, belongs to the upper middle-ranking family of the Murakami Domain. It is a single-story thatched-roof building with a curved roof, and its detailed room layout is characteristic of a typical middle-ranking samurai residence. a. 旧岩間家住宅 Former Iwama Family Residence

- 這棟茅葺屋頂住宅為東西方向直屋，採用四坡屋頂，於 1995 年現在地移築復原，建設当初是連棟式長屋形式住宅，於 1858 年進行了大改造，成為一戶獨立的武家住宅 This thatched-roof house, with its ridges oriented east-west and hipped roof, was relocated and restored to its current location in 1995. c. 旧藤井家住宅 Former Fujii Family Residence

- 現存最大直屋の武家住宅，推測建於江戶時代後期，即 1850 年 This is the largest existing samurai residence with a straight roof. It is estimated to have been built in 1850 during the late Edo period. 藤井氏對這棟武家住宅後來進行了大幅増改築，其中包括二樓的診療所、病房和産婆学校の教室，在増築的同時，住宅全体也進行了改造，包括診療室和病房與主屋的接続部分、廚房和浴室，以及起居室和其他區域 Mr. Fujii undertook extensive renovations and expansions of what was formerly a samurai residence. This included the clinic, patient rooms, and the classrooms for the midwifery school on the second floor. Furthermore, it has been discovered that, in conjunction with this extension, the entire house was remodeled, including the connection between the examination room and patient rooms and the main house, the kitchen and bathrooms, and the living rooms and other areas.

d. 旧成田家住宅 Former Narita Family Residence
