• 越後随一の大地主伊藤邸於 1889 年完工 The current Ito family residence, the largest landowner in Echigo, was completed in 1889.
• 伊藤家 250 多年の遺構，成為戰後第一座私人博物館「北方文化博物館」The remains of the Ito family over 250 years became the first private museum after the war, the “Northern Culture Museum.”

• 越後随一の豪農の遺構 The remains of the most wealthy farmer in Echigo

伊藤邸 Ito Residence【主屋棟 Main Building】

• 這棟近代和風大邸宅建於 1887 年，是明治期新潟豪農の代表 The modern Japanese-style mansion built in 1887 is a representative of the wealthy farming families of Niigata that prospered during the Meiji period.

伊藤邸 Ito Residence【大広間棟 Grand Hall Building】

• 巨大書院造の大広間棟建於 1889 年，極少的立柱營造出與庭園の一体感，以及近代和風建築特徴的開放感，每個部分的材料選擇都體現了精湛的工藝 The enormous shoin-style grand hall was built in 1889. The minimal number of pillars, in particular, creates a sense of unity with the garden and a sense of openness characteristic of modern Japanese architecture. The choice of materials for each par show a refined design throughout.

移築古民家 Relocated Traditional House

• 新潟県内刈羽和吉ヶ平移築來的二棟古民家，特別是刈羽の民家，約 400 年前江戸時代初期完成，保存完整的貴重文化財 Two old farmhouses were relocated from Kariwa and Yoshigahira in Niigata Prefecture. The one from Kariwa, in particular, is a valuable cultural asset, preserved in its completed form from approximately 400 years ago, during the early Edo period.
