舊〔旧〕高善旅館 Former Takazen Ryokan

- 柳田國男下榻的旅館，是明治至昭和時期遠野的代表旅館 (籠)，柳田國男、折口信夫、涅夫斯基等人宿泊 2F 客室，這裡也成為了他們進行民俗学調査的據點 This inn, where Kunio Yanagita stayed, is a representative inn of Tono from the Meiji to Showa periods. In the guest rooms on the second floor, Yanagita, Shinobu Origuchi, Nevsky, and others stayed, and it became a base for their folklore research.
民間故事倉庫 (昔話蔵) Folktale Warehouse
- 這座由清酒釀造廠倉庫改裝，展示了遠野地域代代相傳的鄉間傳奇 This facility, a renovated sake brewery warehouse, showcases folktales that have been passed down in the Tono region for generations.
旧柳田國隠居所 Former Residence of Kunio Yanagita
- 柳田國男及其妻柳田貴自 1898 – 1962 年晚年居住的故居，原址位於東京都世田區成城，後移築至此，介紹柳田の功績與著作 This is the house where Kunio Yanagita lived with his wife, Taka, from 1898 to 1962. It was relocated from its original location in Seijo, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. Here, we introduce Yanagita’s achievements and writings.
