- 主屋土間上部橫樑上的題記為 1707 年，確定其建造年代 An inscription on a beam above the main house’s earthen floor dateates the year 1707, confirming its construction date. 一座極具貴重的建築，規模相当宏大，品質優良，且在 18 世紀初頭建築中展現了先進的構法 The Ishii Residence is a valuable building, being considerably large in scale, of superior quality, and exhibiting advanced construction methods for an early 18th-century structure.
- 這種佈局也與神奈川県民家の主流有所不同，其受到了與西接山梨県郡内地方の影響，當時，屋頂也從茅葺屋頂改成鉄板葺屋頂 This layout also differs from the mainstream of private houses in Kanagawa Prefecture, suggesting influence from the Gun’nai region of Yamanashi Prefecture, which borders the prefecture to the west. At that time, the roof was also changed from a hip-and-gable roof with thatched roofing to a gable roof with sheet metal roofing.
