• 現存家屋建於 1812 年，1814 年竣工 The current house began milling in 1812 and was completed by 1814.
• 一棟大型合掌造民家，採用人字形茅葺屋頂和人字形入口，良質材料、技術精湛的上質建造物，作為近世末期五箇山地方大型合掌造民家代表 The building is a large, gassho-zukuri style farmhouse with a thatched gable roof and gable entrance. The residence is a high-quality building constructed with excellent materials and superior techniques, and is valuable as a large gassho-zukuri style farmhouse representative of the Gokayama region from the late Edo period.
