- 現在の母屋是一座約 300 年前建造的四坡茅葺屋頂建築，周囲環繞著 2 – 4 m 寬的護城河 The current main house is a thatched-roof, hip-roofed building constructed approximately 300 years ago. It is surrounded by a moat 2 to 4 meters wide.
- 表門為四坡茅葺屋頂，類似長屋門形式，堪比城門級の大扉 The thatched-roof, hip-roofed main gate is in the style of a nagaya-mon (long gatehouse) with a large gate comparable to a castle gate.
- 據說是北陸現存最古老的豪農宅邸 It is said to be the oldest existing mansion of a wealthy farmer in the Hokuriku region.
