- 茅葺屋根 Thatched Roof
- 建於 1738 年，獨特建築風格的民家，採用中門造の形式，在新潟県中越地方の豪雪地區十分常見，這種中門造形式多分布在面向日本海的新潟、秋田沿海地區，與岩手県の曲屋形式迥異，1979 年，該宅邸進行解体修理，復元建築当初の姿 Built in 1738, it’s unique style of farmhouse with a central gate structure common in the heavy snowfall areas of the Chuetsu region of Niigata Prefecture. The Chumon-zukuri style is widely distributed in the regions facing the Sea of Japan, such as Niigata and Akita prefectures, and has a different form from the Magariya style found in Iwate prefecture. In 1979, it underwent dismantling and repair work, restoring it to its original appearance.
