- 一座佈局規則的四房山地農家，上越地方民家の代表例，其堅固構造和高挑的樓層充分體現了雪国民家の性格，四方均採用斧鑿樑柱，也是地方的特色。此外，其建造記錄揭示其年代，使其具有極高的價值 A mountain farmhouse with a regular four-room layout. It is a representative example of a farmhouse in the Joetsu region, and its sturdy structure and high floors clearly represent the characteristics of a snow country farmhouse. The use of adze-cut beams on all four sides is also a regional feature. The fact that its construction record reveals its age is invaluable.
