- 豪商の住宅，主屋及其後方並排的兩座倉庫 – オモ蔵 (大倉) 及新蔵，均建於 1911 年，兩座倉庫由大型「鞘」形結構一体覆蓋。主屋的面構成遵循佐渡の町家の基本形式，但憑藉重厚的結構框架與泥土地面之間広壮的空間，実現宏偉的内部空間 It is the home of a wealthy merchant family. The main house and the two storehouses, the Omo-kura and Shin-kura, lined up behind it, were completed in 1911, and the two storehouses are covered together by a large protective structure. While the floor plan of the main house follows the basic form of Sado townhouses, it achieves a magnificent interior space with a solid structural framework and a grand open space between the Oe and the earthen floor.
