武士後裔，家境顯赫，其主屋據信建於江戶時代初期，房屋為古風構造，例如粗壯的曲柱，整體設計氣勢恢宏，是北陸地方一座極為古老而宏偉的宅邸 The Tsubokawa family is a high-ranking family descended from samurai, and the main house is thought to have been built in the early Edo period. It has an extremely old-fashioned structure, such as thick, curved pillars, and a powerful design. It is an exceptionally old and magnificent house in the Hokuriku region.
豪雪地帯特有の住宅和庭園，是一份珍貴的文化遺產 The house and garden, typical of heavy snowfall areas, is a valuable cultural heritage.
