- 茅葺屋根 Thatched Roof
- 江戸時代中期 (17 世紀後半) の建築，保留許多当時生活様式的要素，学術角度來看是一棟貴重的住宅 Believed to have been built in the mid-Edo period (late 17th century), it retains many elements that evoke the lifestyle of the time, making it an academically valuable residence.
- 由於建物有倒壊の危險，1991 年 10 月至 1993 年 3 月進行解体・移築・修理 The building was in danger of collapsing, so it was demolished, relocated, and repaired between October 1991 and March 1993.
