- a. 主屋 Main House (OMOYA)
- 主屋為單層木造建築，茅葺屋頂 The main house is a single-story wooden building with a thatched and hipped roof.
- 建於 1698 年是県内已知建築年代最古民家，因此對於了解農村居住形態具有重要價值 Built in 1698, it is the oldest private house in the prefecture with a known construction date. It is valuable for understanding rural living conditions.
- b. 土蔵 Storehouse
- 建於 1780 年，是県内已知建築年代最古山牆屋頂建築之一，其特點是採用架空式屋頂結構，屋簷處設有支柱以承受屋頂荷重構造 It is one of the oldest examples in the prefecture with a known construction date, dating back to 1780. It features a raised roof structure with eaves supports to bear the roof load.
