A. 主屋 Main House
建於 1820 年，其特徵是全体無牆；裏側設有榻榻米房間，而作為生活中心的起居室也位於建物の裏側，這使其成為傳統日本本棟造較為進歩的典範。據說，建築結構所使用的木材，例如取自周囲山的赤松 Built in 1820, a notable feature is the overall lack of walls; there is a raised tatami room on the back side, and the living room, the center of daily life, is located at the rear of the building, making it a considerably advanced example of traditional Japanese architecture. The structural timbers, such as red pine, is said to have been cut from the surrounding mountains.
此外，包括馬屋在內的北側部分，擁有獨立的構造，在長野県の南西部較為常見 Furthermore, the northern side, including the stable, has a separate structural framework. Such structures are commonly found in the southwestern part of Nagano Prefecture.
B. 土蔵 Earthen Storehouse
主屋北側的倉庫建於 1772 年 The storehouse located north of the main house was constructed in 1772.
