- 中央阿爾卑斯千疊敷標高 2,612 m，搭乘駒岳空中纜車即可前往。冰斗為一種半圓形的窪地地形，此處的冰斗是在約 2 萬年前因冰河緩慢移動而侵蝕後形成 The Central Alps Senjojiki located at an elevation of 2,612 meters at the end of the Komagatake Ropeway is a cirque (semi-circle basin) formed some 20,000 years ago by a slowly receding glacier that eroded away the land.

- 例年 10 月中旬千畳敷カールの初雪，可以欣賞到幻想的「三段紅葉」：「山頂の雪」「山の中腹の紅葉」「山麓の緑の木々」Around mid-October each year, it is the time of the first snowfall in the Senjojiki cirque, so depending on the timing, you can witness the fantastical “three-tiered autumn foliage”: “snow on the mountaintop,” “autumn leaves on the mountainside,” and “green trees at the foot of the mountain.”
