A bustling strategic point on the Ushu Kaido road, equipped with a honjin, waki-honjins, and other lodging facilities.

A. 庄內屋 Shonaiya (旧粟野家 Former Awano Family Residence)
- 一家脇本陣，準本陣級の格式，庄内藩主常宿地 Shonaiya” was a waki-honjin which is comparable to a semi-honjin. It was the regular lodging of the Shonai domain lord.
- 楢下造家屋中最古老的，推測建於 18 世紀中期左右 “Shonaiya” is the oldest of the houses built in Narashita, and was estimated to construct around the mid-18th century.

B. 滝沢屋 Takizawaya (旧丹野家 Former Tanno Family Residence)
- 一棟傳統的日式房屋，弧形屋頂直家形式，江戶時代曾是村長 (庄家) 的住所，後來用作脇本陣和旅籠屋 (旅館) 的民家 A traditional Japanese house with a curved roof, featuring a flat entrance and a straight-roofed style. It served as a village headman’s residence during the Edo period and was also used as a waki-honjin and inn.

- 2 座石拱橋採用了當時罕見的西方土木工程技術，新橋於 1880 年完工，覗橋於 1882 年完工 Two stone arch bridges incorporated western civil engineering techniques which was a rarity at the time. The Shinbashi Bridge was completed in 1880 and the Nozoki Bridge was completed in 1882.
