A. 舊〔旧〕柳川家住宅 Former Yanagawa Family Residence (商家 Wholesale Merchant)

- 家族以製造・販売紀州漆器為生 Their family business has been the manufacture and sale of Kishu lacquerware.

- 全体建物保存狀態良好，選材考究，設計精良，是和歌山県町家建築代表の遺構，1969 年，和歌山県政府將其從黑江移築至園內，進行了復原修理 The building is in a good state of preservation overall, with carefully selected materials and an excellent design, making it an important relic of townhouse architecture representative of Wakayama Prefecture. Wakayama Prefecture acquired this valuable residential building and moved it from Kuroe to within the park in 1969, where it was restored and repaired.
B. 舊〔旧〕谷山家住宅 Former Taniyama Family Residence (漁家 Fisher)
- 谷山家族代々以海運和漁網捕撈為生 For generations, the Taniyama family has made their living mainly through shipping and net fishing.
- 這座建築於 1749 年竣工，是日本為數不多的建築年代明確的珍貴民家，也是現存最古老的漁家建築之一 This building was completed in 1749 and it is one of the few valuable private homes in Japan whose construction date is clear and which is one of the oldest examples of fishing house architecture.
- 主屋採用狹長的梯形平面佈局，以適應漁鎮的建築環境 The main house has a long, trapezoidal floor plan to suit the built-up site of the fishing town.

1. 舊〔旧〕谷村家住宅 Former Tanimura Family Residence (農家 Farmhouse)
- 茅葺農家 Thatched Roof Farmhouse
- 其建築形式可追溯至18世紀後半，屋內平面採用三間房的佈局，繼承了該地區古民家的風格 The architectural style is thought to date to the late 18th century. The interior has a three-ken layout, which shows that it inherits the style of the very old houses in the area.
2. 舊〔旧〕小早川梅吉氏住宅 Former Kobayakawa Umeyoshi Family Residence (農家 Farmhouse)
- 一棟伝統茅葺屋頂民家，保留了古老兩房建築風格，極具收藏價值 It is a traditional thatched roof house and a valuable home that retains the old architectural style of a two-room layout.
