- 水戸街道連接千住和水戸 The Mito Kaido road connected Senju and Mito
- 1687 年，染野家被水戸徳川家指定為本陣，包括歴代水戸藩主の大名和武士曾在此宿泊休憩 In 1687, the Someno family home was designated as a honjin (main inn) by the Mito Tokugawa family, and many feudal lords and samurai, including successive lords of the Mito domain, used it as a place to stay and rest.
- 除了建於 1795 年的主屋之外，本陣還保留著江戶時代的建物，例如倉庫和大門 In addition to the main house, which was constructed in 1795, Honjin also boasts Edo-period buildings such as a storehouse and front gate.

- a. 主屋 Main House
- 本陣通常是當地名主或其他有力者的住所，分為武士使用的本陣和居民日常生活的房間 Honjin were often the home of a local headman or other influential person, and were divided into rooms used as the honjin by samurai and rooms where the residents lived their daily lives.
- b. 土蔵 Storehouse
- 土藏是一種四面土壁並抹灰的倉庫，抹灰方式可以保護內部物品免受火災侵襲，土藏還能有效調節温湿度，建築年代不明，但根據其建築様式和現存的染野家房屋平面圖，推測其建造於 18 世紀末至 19 世紀初，與主屋和表門建造時間大致相同 The storehouse is covered on all four sides with earthen walls and plastered down. By plastering the walls the contents inside can be protected from fire. The storehouse is also effective in regulating temperature and humidity. The date of construction of the storehouse is unknown, but based on the architectural style and the house plans that remain of the Someno family, it is thought to have been built in the late 18th to early 19th century, around the same time as the main house and front gate.
- c. 表門 Front Gate
- 表門是薬医門，屋頂鋪著桟瓦葺，根據染野家留下的記錄，據信建於 1805 年 The main gate is a Yakuimon gate with a shingled roof, and is thought to have been built in 1805 according to records left by the Someno family.
