- 它曾是美濃路上最重要的宿場，也是當時全国第九大盛況的宿場，如今，這裡靜靜地佇立著格式高の本陣門和格子門的庄屋宅，以及有著烏達和黑壁的旧家，彷彿在訴說著当時大井宿的繁華景象 It once flourished as the leading post town on the Mino road, and was the 9th busiest in the country. The prestigious Honjin gate, the village headman’s house with its latticed doors, and beautiful old houses with udatsu and black walls all quietly stand here, giving a glimpse into the bustling life of Oi-juku back then.
本陣 Honjin
- 1947 年被燒毀，正 (表) 門和庭園至今仍保存完好 The Honjin (lodging for feudal lords and others) was burned down in 1947, but the front gate and garden remain to this day.

- 豪壮町屋建築の典型「ひし屋」Hishiya is a typical example of magnificent machiya (townhouse) architecture.
- 明治初年改築，仍展現近世大規模良質町屋建築の特色 Even though the house was renovated in the first year of the Meiji period, it shows the grand features and good quality of machiya architecture.

明治天皇大井行在所 Oi-juku Emperor Meiji Anzaisho
- 伊藤家旅籠 Ito Family’s Inn
- 曾是明治天皇 1880 年巡行時宿泊所，現在旅館內座敷 (榻榻米房間)、浴室和便所等原始設施依然保存完好。同時，也保留了江戶時代至明治初期的町屋風貌，使其成為一處貴重的建築史料 It served as a lodging for Emperor Meiji during his tour in 1880, and even today the original tatami rooms, bathrooms, and toilets have been preserved in their original state. At the same time, it also retains the appearance of a townhouse from the Edo period to the early Meiji period, making it a valuable piece of architectural history.
