- 桑原家住宅建築結構完整，是西美濃地方代表的民家及貴重遺構 The Kuwabara family residence is a valuable relic that is a representative private home in the western Mino region, with a complete structure.
- 主屋位於依山而建的屋敷地中央，南側是長屋門形式の表門，兩側排列著眾多附屬建築 The main house is located in the center of the property, which is carved into the foot of the mountain, and the front gate, in the style of a tenement gate, is located to the south, with numerous annexes lined up alongside.
- 主屋建於 1734 年，為單層茅葺屋，1868年改建為兩層桟瓦葺屋，1886 年後，又增築了茶室和便所 The main house was rebuilt in 1734 as a single-story building with a thatched roof, but in 1868 it was remodeled to a two-story building with a shingled roof. After 1886, a tea room and toilet were added.
