國指定重要文化財 Nationally Designated Important Cultural Property
- 該建築朝南，原為茅葺或稻草屋頂，為広間型三間形式，19 世紀中頃以來，經歷了数度の増改築 The building faces south and originally had a thatched or straw roof, and a three-bay wide structure. 根據部材的工藝和構造手法，確定該建築建於 18 世紀初期 Based on the finish of the components and the construction methods, it was determined to be a construction from the early 18th century.
- 県内現存最古老被指定為重要文化財的民家建築，大部分主要部分幾乎都保留了最初建造時的原貌，主要建築材料也未曾改變 It is the oldest private residence designated as an Important Cultural Property in the prefecture. Although it has been remodeled, most of the main parts remain almost exactly as they were when it was first built, and the main building materials remain the same.
