- 據信建於 1653 年，是全國已知建造日期最古的老民家之一 It is believed to have been built in 1653, and is one of the oldest private homes nationwide with a known date.
- 該屋敷仍保留著地方特有結構，即起居室和儲藏室架高以應對木曽川の氾濫 The estate still retains the unique regional structure of having the living room and storehouse elevated to prepare for flooding of the Kiso River.
