- 碧雲荘的 17 棟建築指定為設計優秀的近代和風建築典範，稱其「代表了近代和風住宅建築的巔峰之作」，作為近代和風住宅建築，與利用周圍景觀的花園和諧共存，並且至今仍保留著所有獨特的茶室和其他設施，因此具有重要的意義 The 17 buildings of Hekiunso were designated as examples of modern Japanese-style architecture that are excellent in design, stating that they “represent the pinnacle of modern Japanese-style residential architecture.” They were also recognized as being of great value, “important as modern Japanese-style residential architecture that harmonizes with the gardens that make use of the surrounding scenery, and as it still contains all of the distinctive tea rooms and other facilities.”
