有川家住宅保存状況良好，包括主屋、粉挽蔵、文庫蔵和大蔵，具体展現江戶時代後期至末期大規模薬剤製造販売業の形態変遷。各建物均採用良材，設計精巧，堪稱高品質建築。同時，也是一座珍貴的建築，再現往時中山道的繁華景象 The Arikawa Family Residence is in a good state of preservation, and includes the main house, mill storehouse, library storehouse, and storehouse, providing a concrete example of the form and transition of a large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales business from the late Edo period to its final days. Each building is made of quality materials and features elaborate designs, making it a high-quality structure.
