- 據推測主屋建於 18 世紀後半，書院則建於 19 世紀 The main house is thought to date from the late 18th century, and the shoin study from the 19th century.
- 建物坐南朝北，屋脊高聳，僅屋簷鋪設瓦片，其餘部分則覆蓋木瓦，主屋為山牆式屋頂，正面屋簷呈半截式，書院與主屋西南隅相連 The buildings face south and have high-ridged roofs, with only the eaves made of real tiles and the rest of the house covered with shingles. The main house has a gabled roof with a half-ken eaves on the front and the shoin study is connected to the southwest corner of the main house.
